| Email from Che-Bao Ma Dear All: Attached please find two recent articles, which you might find insightful about the outlook of future world order (centered around the U.S.-Chinese relationship), as well as the perspective of global economy. Please note that the author of the first article (appeared in the most recent issue of Foreign Affairs --- A bi-monthly internationally renowned scholarly journal published in New York): Mark Leonard is Co-Founder and Director of the European Council on Foreign Relations and a Bosch Public Fellow at the Transatlantic Academy. Whereas, the second article is the cover story of the most recent issue of The Economist , a prominent weekly newspaper published in London with world-wide circulation. After the ending of an annoyingly hot summer, Best Wishes to all of you for a pleasant autumn time in the coming months! Che-Bao Ma 2013/9/8 Taipei A third article is added to the previous mail attached below. The author, AVERY GOLDSTEIN, is David M.
