| 各位老同學好 感謝這麼多老同學，無論是已退休含飴 弄孫、雲遊四海，或仍在工作崗位上衝 刺打拼， 都熱心投入竹中50週年校友會系列活 動，這對已經滿頭白髮古稀之齡的我們 實屬難能可貴的大禮。 不知不覺中，距離首次的聚會已過了1年 多，這期間經歷了很多事， 每每看到老同學們你來我往的 E-mail，信 手捻來言淺意深，讓我心有戚戚焉，既 佩服又獲益良多， 感佩各位同學個個寶刀未老、功力深 厚，特別值得給後生晚輩參考學習。 我因汲汲於工作，自忖能投入校友會的 心力有限，所幸大家給我機會在紀念冊 的出版上略盡棉薄之力， 希望今後若有小弟可以效勞的地方，也 請各位老同學不要客氣。 若有後續的消息，也請通知， 期待下一次的聚首。 黃仁安 |

| Dear Bill Lee (李偉宗): Please post this open letter on your HCHS Website if you feel appropriate. Thank you! Dear Tien-yuh Chuang (莊添裕): We haven't heard from you for some time and miss your colorful emails. Dear Yau-Shian Ho (何堯軒): We appreciate your time and effort in compiling the new yearbook and look forward to its completion. Dear All: Almost 2 years ago to the day, some of our classmates met on 2010.06.06 in HCHS arranging for our "50 years after graduation" class reunion. Last Saturday on 2012.06.02, five of us (including Ming-Cheng Chang / 張銘琛, Yun-Hai Lin /林雲海, Pier Pei-Kun Huang / 黃培坤, Hendry Linto / 練進興 and me) had the opportunity to meet again in Taipei. We were talking about calling for a grand reunion in future. My opinion is to give it some time for the world to come out of the current miserable political and economic turmoil, for some of us who are still working to get truly retired, and for others and their beloved ones who might not feel well now to get fully recuperated. Two issues having often been raised lately by our classmates: (1) The wellbeing of Tien-yuh Chuang (莊添裕) ; and (2) The status of yearbook that Yau-Shian Ho (何堯軒) has been compiling. Jen-An Huang (黃仁安) has kindly re-confirmed to sponsor the yearbook as indicated by his recent (2012.06.04) message attached below. We also believe that Yun-Fan Liaw (廖運範) wouldn't mind to forget about the TV video version if it causes the delay. This can perhaps be taken also as the first step to call for our 2nd grand class reunion to be held in 3 years (55 years after graduation) and/or 8 years (60 years after graduation). If we can reach a consensus, I would be happy to start updating our contact information listing only those who have given their approval and might possibly be interested in either partaking in our future reunion or at least remaining on the distribution list.
