| Email from Che-Bao Ma Dear All: A friend wrote me a week ago saying: I am very happy about the recent development, and you are right the future is bright. To respond to his good words, I am now sharing with you three attached articles. The first two articles have pointed out that America has helped greatly to educate our fellow compatriots enabling them to devote themselves to the modernization and technological and economic development of Mainland China and Taiwan as well. The third one on Taiwan’s coming out of isolation has manifested the recent improvement of cross-strait relations. The friendship among the peoples and the cooperation and competition in dealing with all problems facing us will certainly lead to a bright future to all of us. I will start my traveling again soon.
