Dear friend,
Recommend this house painter. Mr. Mon Ho, 714-336-8524.
He is doing my house exterior painting now. His price may not be the lowest. I found
him last year doing my next door neighbor house job. I watched his workmanship, as
compared to my previous paint job by others, and other painter doing the job in the
neighborhood, I like what I saw, and hired hire him to do mine.
He's not only doing wash, sanding, prime, caulking seal, but also many minor repair to
wood and stacco before painting. He also can do bigger repair with added cost, both
inside or outside your house. He will replace damaged roof tile by him or by others, and
seems he has good way to work on the tile without further damage, as he set up a
simple but useful working platform.
Thru the years, I have many repair, maintenance thing did to my house, I am sure you
have done the same. But this is the one I really like to recommend to my friend.
